Robin Propper is expected to make his Rangers debut following a move from FC Twente. Leon Balogun brought assurance to Clement's defence on Tuesday in Lublin but at 36, his minutes must be managed.
A line ahead, there's little scope for rotation. But will Tom Lawrence really start three games in a week given his injury issues of recent seasons? Dujon Sterling is not ready for 90 minutes but could well allow Mohamed Diomande to push forward a line against Motherwell, operating alongside Connor Barron at the base.
Vaclav Cerny looked off the pace until an outstanding assist against Kyiv. Ross McCausland, meanwhile, performed well before the break and hit the post with an outstanding effort on his left foot. The Northern Irish winger ought to be joined on the flanks by the energetic Jefte. His direct style on the ball brought notable improvement following half-time against Kyiv. Cyriel Dessers, fresh from his goal in midweek, will lead the line.

There will be a temptation for Clement to pick a side for Motherwell with one eye on the return fixture with Dynamo Kyiv. If he does, there is every chance that some important names miss out as the Belgian looks to guide his squad through two must-win outings at Hampden.
Cerny could, for example, be utilised from the bench once again. Supporters will expect to see Propper make his debut, however, and he must come into a defensive unit that hasn’t looked convincing so far this season.
Sterling made a real impression when he was introduced in Poland, as did Jefte. Both deserve to start this time out as a result. If Sterling does start, Diomande could move into the No.10 position and that trio looks like the strongest one available to Rangers right now.
Up top, Dessers will start on the back of his European heroics. Hamza Igamane is not yet ready to feature from the off and Clement is being careful with Danilo as he returns to fitness. That is not the only fitness consideration that Clement has on his plate at present.
