Allan McGregor: Made a good stop from Mark O’Hara with the game poised at 1-0. Then, with the game at 2-0, he kept out again O’Hara superbly at the back post. 7

James Tavernier: With Sakala pinning the width on the right, Tavernier was handed the task of impacting the game from central areas. Often able to drift inside unmarked, the captain tested the keeper twice in the first half and also managed to clip a few balls into the box. From deeper areas, he regularly slid the ball between the defensive lines to good effect. Finished from the spot as he always does. 8

Connor Goldson: Defended high and made sure to get first contact given he was the last line of defence with St Mirren using a front two. Often tracking his man into midfield, the big defender was strong in his duels. A dominant showing. 7

Ben Davies: Looked composed and classy on the ball and offered a nice balance given his left foot. Didn’t win every duel up against the physical Curtis Main and could’ve added a third after making a near-post corner run. You can see the start of a dependable partnership with Goldson blossoming. 7

Borna Barisic: Like Tavernier, came inside the pitch at points and managed to split the defence on a couple of occasions. Guilty of maybe slowing the game down in patches. Struck the post early on with a brilliant low drive and crossed regularly. 7

John Lundstram: Strong at the base of midfield and although sometimes Lundstram didn’t move the ball forward at the required pace, he was purposeful in possession and aggressive without it. 7

Ryan Jack: Made some clever runs on the right side that created room for his forward line to expose. Continued to look more like himself after the international break and made up plenty of yards with defensive and attacking runs. 7

Fashion Sakala: Making his first league start of the season the Zambian injected pace from the right. What he gives you is direct running and a goal threat. That was apparent after the break especially, with the attacker putting two dangerous balls across the face of goal, before an excellent assist and late fourth. The strongest right-wing performance in a while from a member of the squad. 8

Scott Arfield: Was very involved in the first half. Sometimes, his lack of one-v-one ability was exposed but generally, the veteran midfielder managed to move the ball quickly and receive in pockets. Plenty of nearly moments in the final third. 7

Rabbi Matondo: Playing on his more natural left side, the Welsh winger had mixed success before the break. Found Colak with one clever cross and also linked well with Barisic on occasion, but also was guilty of breaking down moves in other scenarios. Struck the post but drifted in and out of the game. 6

Antonio Colak: Continued his remarkable start to life at Ibrox with an early goal, following in on Barisic’s early strike to make it nine goals in nine Premiership starts. Then won a penalty at the front post to make it two and added the game's final goal with the outside of his boot. Goals feel inevitable when Colak plays at the moment. 8
