Can you put into words how you feel right now?

It's very hard to find words. It's been an amazing night and we said before the game we were going to do everything to make the final and I think the players were fantastic together with the crowd. We made it the atmosphere we needed to overcome this opponent and you could not write the script better than this and we are all very proud we reached the final and we toasted Jimmy inside for this win.

It really gives the players something special to aim for?

It goes both ways. For us the fans were very important to help us throughout the game and I think also for the opponent it is quite difficult to play in these circumstances. It's a team with a lot of quality and experience Red Bull so to win against this team is amazing.

Is it the versatility that's got you to this final?

Well you have to. Teams like Red Bull will see how you play and they are going to change tactics. It's like chess. They make moves, we have to react and also make moves. It's 90 minutes of thinking, looking, discussing and making the right choices in the moment. I'm really happy these decisions went our way today.

How key were the timings of the goals?

It's very vital. The two goals were fantastic goals like we wanted. Leipzig woke up because it's a good team that creates good chances. We had a great save from Allan just before their goal but to score in the last 10 minutes of the game gives you an enormous boost to play the last minutes.

Could you have ever imagined you'd make a final?

Of course, it wasn't what I was thinking. The first game against Sparta Prague was my first game in charge and we knew the result would take us into Europe after the break. That was our only goal in that game but I think that the strength is to take it game by game and I am very pleased with the achievement so far. Not many players play in finals. I played in two, one Champions League final with Barcelona and the World Cup Final. It's not for every player. Once we are in the final we have to do everything to win it as well.

It's remarkable for a team from Scotland to do this!

It's very remarkable. I'm very proud of them. To overcome Dortmund who is a power house in Europe, Red Bull as well. We have done so many good things. We worked hard and we believed in the final and we are in it. We are going to enjoy it and do everything we can to win it.
