How the players fared during a 3-1 Old Firm defeat at Ibrox.
Lewis Budinauckas: Sent off for handling outside the box after collecting from a through ball under little pressure. Video evidence seemed to cast doubt on the ball being outside the box although it was a marginal decision. Had barely had anything to do prior to this flashpoint and his team was dropped in the mire thereafter. 2
Adam Devine: Was beaten at the back post for the Celtic equaliser. Wasn't exposed exactly but didn't give the performance of a man who was stepping down from the first team and leading his teammates through a difficult situation. His final ball showed a lot to be desired. Sent off in the final minute after throwing himself into a 50/50 with too much vigour. 4
Robbie Fraser: Full of ingenuity and running down the left flank. Easily Rangers' best player on the day. Created countless good opportunities in the first half and worked hard in the second when his teammates were up against it. Subbed late on. 7
Johnly Yfeko: Missed a good chance as he rose highest to meet a terrific Rice corner after just 12 minutes. A big presence at the back and used his physicality to great effect. Made some crucial interceptions and worked the ball out intelligently. Defending was mostly on point. 6
Lewis MacKinnon: Won a thumping challenge in the early knockings that set the early pace. A big robust lad who's wholehearted but didn't cover himself in glory for a couple of the goals. Doesn't look the most comfortable on the ball. 5
Bailey Rice: Constantly demanding the ball from his teammates he looked in superb form in the first half. At just 16 he's clearly going to make a case to see first-team football before long. Like many, lost his way in the second 4 5when Celtic took full advantage of indiscipline. Sent off for a second yellow card following a brutal late lunge. Hopefully a game he can learn from because a bright future beckons. 5
Thompson Ishaka: His signing was met with significant excitement after a trialist showing in the summer saw his slalom past myriad challenges in a friendly match. Looking past the hype he looks a real talent. Gifted with steel to go with the skill, he showed strength to hold off challenges when in dangerous positions. Subbed off just before half time to make way for a new keeper. 6
Connor Allan: Worked away in central midfield but didn't have a great impact. Pushed forward with a powerful run in the second half that saw him beat several challenges and open up the pitch. 5
Arron Lyall: Opened the scoring with a raker from 25 yards that nestled into the top bin. A wonderful hit that sent Ibrox into raptures. Showed several nice touches throughout and clearly has quality in the final third. Substituted. 6
Ross McCausland: A jinking run through the defence saw him dance past several despairing challenges. His shot was true but it flashed just wide, with Josh Clark frozen to the spot. Worked his socks off across multiple midfield roles as the number of teammates around him dropped. 5
Robbie Ure: Pressed the Celtic backline from the start to great success. Turned over the ball several times and created chances. Was lucky with a sharp turn and shot just before half-time that Clarke finally clutched at the second attempt, his palms stinging. Totally isolated from Budinaukas' red card onwards. 5
Substitutes
Jacob Pazikas: Thrown on after the red card. Showed he's got potential with a string of saves as Celtic pushed to exploit their numerical advantage. One in particular from Mackenzie Carse was outstanding. Had no chance with the goals. 7
Mackenzie Strachan: Came on for Robbie Fraser. 3
James Graham: On late in the game to help hold the score. 3
