It's not just the Rangers first team squad that's being freshened up this summer. 

Philippe Clement is attempting to bolster his options following a summer that's seen several experienced players depart Ibrox, and eight new faces arrive. Some, who in the managers own words, aren't ready to feature at this stage. 

Expectation and positivity among Rangers supporters are currently fairly low given the poor pre-season results and their opening William Hill Premiership draw against Heart of Midlothian last weekend. The late Champions League qualifying first leg comeback versus Dynamo Kyiv has boosted some spirits, yet time will tell how the 2024/25 campaign will pan out over the coming weeks. 

In the meantime, the Rangers Training Centre at Auchenhowie has been undergoing a revamp during the close-season, with footage emerging this week of the dressing room benches and player lockers being wrapped in fresh blue material. 

It provides the Light Blues' changing area a more fresh and more simplistic look, with only a large Rangers crest remaining on the wall as well as text that says "1872" - the year the club was born - and also "READY" on the side of the locker units.

On Thursday, images also emerged of outside Hampden Park, where Rangers will call home for the foreseeable future, which displays the club's branding.

Delays in supply chain logistics have stalled renovations on the Copland Road stand at Ibrox prompted the Glasgow club to leave Govan for the time being after reaching an agreement with the Scottish FA to move.

Injury-hit Motherwell are the visitors on Saturday and ground staff have ramped up their efforts to make the arena feel more like Rangers' home. 

Above signs that say "Welcome to Hampden" appears large banners that have the text "Rangers FC" in the centre and the club crest at either side.
