STEVEN GERRARD will continue to encourage his Rangers stars to ensure they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Figures released by the Premier League this week showed that 68 per cent of players in England's top flight had received both doses of a jag so far.
There were only seven clubs in the Premier League where more than 50% of players were fully vaccinated at the end of September but 81 per cent of players have now had at least one vaccine shot.
Rangers have advised players to ensure they are fully protected against the virus and Gerrard will respect the wishes of each member of his squad.
Gerrard said: "I don’t think I’m in a position to divulge medical information from the club’s point of view.
"I think it’s each to their own in terms of the decision. I am certainly double vaxxed.
"We have had many medical meetings throughout Covid and the doctor has also made it clear that, in his opinion, everyone should go and get double vaxxed.
"But I am certainly not in a position to divulge those sort of numbers in terms of personal medical information individually or collectively.
"We are pushing, we are asking all our players to go and get this done.
"But we certainly can’t force them because I think everyone is entitled to make their own decisions."
Rangers return to Europa League action with the visit of Brondby tomorrow evening as they attempt to kick-start their faltering Group A campaign.
Gerrard has no fresh injury concerns in the aftermath of the draw with Hearts but will be without Ryan Jack and Ryan Kent once again at Ibrox.
Gerrard said: "Everyone has come through the weekend game fine. They are all available.
"Ryan Kent is closer but we have had to maybe take this game out. It has come a little bit too soon.
"He is days away but unfortunately this one comes just a little bit too soon.
"Ryan Jack is progressing well and should be in full training just before the Aberdeen game.
"So positive on both those fronts, but unfortunately this game comes too soon for Ryan Kent."
