RYAN JACK looks set to play a part in Rangers' home match with Dundee this weekend.
The Scotland midfielder has missed the best part of seven months after undergoing surgery on an ankle injury.
He re-joined first-team training last month and was involved in Steven Gerrard's last match against Ross County, coming off the subs bench to a standing ovation at Ibrox.
He has made a couple of fleeting appearances since.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has revealed Jack will be part of his squad for tomorrow's game. But he warned his minutes will need to be monitored after spending so long out of action.
The Dutchman said: "No new injuries from Hibs. Same squad I can choose from last Wednesday.
"Ryan (Jack) will be in the squad tomorrow, of course, he hasn't played a lot of games the last few months.
"We know he can add good things to the playing squad but we also know he has to build up his minutes to return to full fitness.
"Leon Balogun will train with the squad on Sunday, we look forward to having him back soon.
"For me, the most important thing is to get to know the squad and win games. I already know them all a lot better and in the coming days and weeks, I can speak with the players a lot more on future plans."
