The Rangers boss was speaking to Sky Sports after his side's draw in Dundee.
What’s your overriding emotion?
Disappointment that we didn’t win here. I don’t know how many chances we created, I think the most of the season. Eventually, you have to score them. That’s what we didn’t do and that’s why we lost points.
Did you think you’d score after the equaliser?
Also the first half we were good, not dominant, but good and then we knew with the set-pieces against they were getting dangerous moments. Second half was only going one way and once we scored the first goal you saw the momentum was going for us. We created enough chances to win this game and that’s the only thing we didn’t do well today.
Did you have a view on the penalty claims?
You know my standing point. VAR will make it easier, these decisions can be turning points and change the games. But there is no VAR so end of the discussion.

These decisions could decide the title race?
I know but, what can we do? There is no VAR so every decision the referee makes cannot be overturned so we have to respect the decision he made. Last Thursday we see a VAR decision that changes the game for us, today maybe as well. We can talk for hours but the discussion ends because no VAR.
Is there anything your team could have done better?
Yes, only the chances we created. I think we had 29 chances. More than enough to beat Dundee United in their own ground but we didn’t and that’s why we dropped points.
