NATHAN PATTERSON will finally make his debut for Everton tonight in the FA Cup.
Frank Lampard has handed the ex-Rangers ace a start for their game against non-league Boreham Wood at Goodison this evening.
The Scotland right-back has been made to be patient since arriving on Merseyside in the January transfer window.
The Toffees are believed to have paid the Ibrox side around £16million for the talented defender.
Neither Rafa Benitez or new boss Lampard have deemed him ready as of yet. He has been on the bench in recent games, though.
But Patterson's chance to shine has finally come, as he is named in the starting line-up for the fifth round clash.
The Highly-rated full-back has already made six senior Scotland caps and is now considered Steve Clarke's first choice on the right of his back five.
