GIOVANNI VAN BRONCKHORST has provided an injury update on Ryan Kent after the winger limped off against Dundee in the Scottish Cup today.
The Englishman was involved in a strong 50/50 challenge with Ryan Sweeney and he came off worst as he hobbled off the pitch.
Kent was seen receiving treatment as his knee was iced on the touchline, but Van Bronckhorst insists it was just an impact knock.
He explained: "He is fine. He just had a bruise, I don't think it was anything special.
"I wanted to take him off just before it happened but he is ok."
Van Bronckhorst also confirmed that Ryan Jack was fit and well despite being replaced n the second period.
Rangers booked their place in the semi-final draw after defeating Mark McGhee's Dundee by three goals.
Connor Goldson, James Tavernier and Fashion Sakala all got on the scoresheet in a dominant display at Dens Park.
