GIOVANNI VAN BRONCKHORST has confirmed that Alex Lowry will be out for "some weeks" with a knee injury.
The midfielder was stretchered off for the club's B team this week following a heavy challenge from Dumbarton midfielder Ally Love.
Lowry has since been pictured on crutches and has had a scan on his knee.
Van Bronckhorst said: "Alex had an unfortunate injury from the game he played this week so he’s not available. I think he will be some weeks out."
The Ibrox boss also updated on Glen Kamara, adding: "Glen Kamara had some problems with his knee so he will not be in the squad tomorrow.
"The other players who played on Wednesday are fine and will be involved in the game tomorrow. It’s almost the squad we had against PSV, only Kamara is out and Robbie Ure is as well."
