RANGERS look to have suffered a potentially major injury blow as Connor Goldson hobbled off against Liverpool tonight.
The experienced defender was forced off shortly before half-time in the Champions League encounter at Ibrox.
When chasing back to clear the danger from a Darwin Nunez counter-attack, the Englishman appeared to pull-up after clearing the ball.
The 29-year-old could be seen holding his left thigh as the Gers physios treated him on the pitch.
After a couple of minutes they indicated to Giovanni van Bronckhorst that Goldson would be unable to continue.
Looking visibly disappointed coming off the field, Goldson limped off in pain.
Leon King was brought on to replace the reliable centre-half, partnering Ben Davies at the back.
