Under pressure Giovanni van Bronckhorst has named his Rangers starting line-up for the crucial clash with St Mirren in Paisley.

Alfredo Morelos replaces the injured top scorer Antonio Colak up front and the Dutch manager will be hoping for a vintage performance from the Colombian frontman who has only notched three goals in a stop start season so far. 

Elsewhere in the team, Scott Wright is rewarded for an excellent cameo against Hearts in midweek with a start on the right flank, replacing Rabbi Matondo.

Surprisingly, defender Ben Davies misses out on the squad completely after what is presumably an injury setback.

The Ibrox men have to win and put pressure on Celtic in a title race that is starting to look like a canter for Ange Postecoglou's men.

They have a seven-point advantage after their bitter rivals drew with Livingston and were defeated by St Johnstone in recent weeks.
