Ally McCoist today stunned Laura Woods as he revealed a discreet tattoo on his arm.
The Rangers legend had been discussing Brazil striker Richarlison's new tattoo on talkSPORT when he showed off his own "subtle" ink.
Spurs striker Richarlison has just had a major back tattoo done which features his own face alongside Neymar and Ronaldo.
And while McCoist's ink is much more tame, the revelation of his own tattoo was still as shocking to Woods.
After discussing Richarlison, Woods asked McCoist: "You don't have any tattoos do you?", and the Ibrox icon admitted he does as he replied: "I do."
A stunned Woods then exclaimed: "This is the first thing I don't know about you!"
McCoist poked fun at Richarlison's new tattoo as he joked: "Yeah, I've got a picture of myself taken back in 19...". Woods then pushed McCoist for details as she questioned whether he was serious or just at the wind-up.
"Have you actually got anything? Are you winding me up? Is it on your back? What is it?", said Woods.
McCoist confirmed: "Believe it not, I've got a subtle pair of football boots on my arm."
Once more taken aback by the news, Woods said: "What? Show me. Oh my God. I have never seen that! You know when somebody changes in your mind?
"You're different to me now!"
McCoist went on to roll up his shirtsleeve to reveal the tattoo to the broadcaster before branding himself a "rogue".
Stuart Pearce added: "Yeah, he's rougher than you thought he was!"
Before Coisty concluded: "I used to listen to punk rock back in the day, I was a rogue."
