Rangers boss Michael Beale has been hailed as "one of the best" ahead of their clash with Aberdeen tomorrow night.
Former Gers defender Ross McCrorie admits the new Ibrox No.1 is among the top coaches he's worked with during his career to date.
The Light Blues travel to the north east on Tuesday evening as the games come thick and fast after the World Cup break.
The Gers will be aiming to make it two wins from two, building upon their 3-2 victory over Hibs on Thursday.
The Dons will also have three points in their sights, having almost held Celtic to a 0-0 draw at the weekend but for a late Callum McGregor strike.
McCrorie featured under Steven Gerrard while Beale was at the club previously.
And he's praised the 42-year-old's tactical ability and man-management skills in training.

The Aberdeen defender said: “It’s another big team coming. Rangers have got a new gaffer so they’ll have a wee bounce in their step.
"They obviously got a good result the other night so they’ll have a different style I’d imagine with Michael Beale coming in. It’s something we need to look at and we’ll analyse their game against Hibs and see where we can hurt them."
The Ayrshire lad was then asked if he might be able to provide a bit of insider information on Beale and how he might set up.
He added: “Kind of but I think he’ll have different ideas. It’s been a couple of years now so I’d imagine some of his ideas might have evolved.
"I’ve got a good idea but it doesn’t count for anything. Michael Beale is a really good coach, probably one of the best I’ve had in the game. I wish him all the best but hopefully we come out on top on Tuesday.
"He just simplifies everything and his man-management in the way his training and tactics are. He covered a lot of small details which I hadn’t really had before.
"He didn’t just improve me, he improved a whole load of boys. Obviously Rangers went unbeaten that season.”
