Graeme Souness has hinted at a return to punditry after he left Sky Sports.
The Rangers legend made his final appearance on the sports broadcaster as a pundit last season.
Souness, 70, revealed last month that he is planning on swimming the English channel later on June 18 to raise money for epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
The Liverpool hero embarked on training for the challenge after meeting Isla Grist, 14, from Inverness who inspired him to try and help the fight against the rare genetic disorder.
However, in an interview with The Guardian, Souness appeared to suggest he could yet return to punditry after his Sky departure.

Asked if he'd miss working for the broadcaster on the weekends, he admitted: "I'll miss it. But I’m talking to other people and we’ll go again. There’s life in the old dog yet.”
And Souness explained that he was interested in staying at Sky Sports for another year but channel chiefs suggested parting ways after a fruitful time working together.
He said of his exit: “[It was] Mutual. I mean, I was keen to stay another year.
"They thought it would be a good idea that we called it a day, gave their reasons and I accepted that and have zero complaints about Sky.
"I worked for them maybe 15 years solid – but it’s more like 20 years.
"They’ve been great for me, gave me the weekends to look forward to, the buzz of live football."
