James Tavernier spoke to the BBC after Rangers progressed to the Champions League play-off round after a 3-2 aggregate win over Servette. Here's everything he had to say...
Scored some important goals in Europe, where does that rank that was pretty vital, wasn't it?
The most important thing is that we are through to the next round. Disappointed to not get a clean sheet but obviously happy to get to the next round. We came in at halftime quite disappointed, we built up really well and got through to the final third but we weren't clinical and weren't patient enough. But second half I thought we were much better, even the lads that came on contributed. Delighted that we are through to the next round.
What did the manager say to you at half-time?
We had to get closer to them, we felt they were maybe building up too quickly and getting through us too easily so we changed a few things at half-time, got around each other and we came out the second half much better so I am really pleased with that. You don't really want to waste 45 minutes so we will learn from this. It will be a big tie at home next Tuesday.

Can you put your finger on why you didn't play as well as you could have done in the first half and what do you learn to take into the next games?
I felt that we built well going through up to their final third, maybe we just crossed it too soon or we just weren't clinical with our final pass but it was probably more defensively how we let them through us a bit too easy with our shape. It is something we will learn from. You obviously can't afford to lose that many minutes in a vital game.
Is the defensive struggles at times something you need to work on?
I just think it is a new team with a lot of new players. If one person is just out of position a little bit it can affect it. It is about gelling together, continuing to work hard on the training pitch and we showed it really well in the second half. It is definitely there but it is just being fully concentrated throughout the whole game and not wasting any minutes.
PSV next, you were part of the team that beat them, can you take confidence from that?
You have got to wipe it completely clean. It is obviously a different team, we are a different team. I'm sure we'll be seeing a familiar face in Malik when we get over there or he comes over but we will fully concentrate on ourselves. It is a massive game for us at Ibrox first leg and we have to put a real marker down and stand us in good stead for the second leg.
