Here's every word the manager had to say to Sky Sports after a 1-1 draw against Aberdeen.

How do you view that point?

It should have been three. Our start was not sharp enough and we lost too many duels in the first 10/15. You concede an unnecessary goal which is not well defended from our side. After we totally dominated the game and got a lot of chances. Hit the crossbar twice, have an xG that is high for an away game. We should have scored more, that’s part of football the factor of luck. The opposition goalkeeper made some good saves. We need the factor of luck also to win games and it was not on our side today.

Was that slow start the frustration?

There’s no frustration. There would be from my side if my team didn’t perform today and didn’t react. It’s not an easy place to go behind and still get so many chances and come back at the end you need resilience for that, a good mentality. The players showed all of that but if it was for 90 minutes we would have won this game.

What else can you do?

You need to keep on pushing. No team wins all games because of this factor also otherwise Man City and Barcelona would win even more than they are now. It’s part of football. For me, the most important thing is that my players keep repeating they keep on going without stopping and disappointment during the game. I saw disappointment after the game and that’s good. It’s fuel for the next couple of weeks for us to raise our standards still. I cannot ask for much more than what they did after the 1-0.
