Philippe Clement has revealed a double Rangers injury blow ahead of tonight's friendly against FC Copenhagen.
The Ibrox boss confirmed both Kieran Dowell and Dujon Sterling are missing from his squad for the clash due to injuries.
He explained: "Kieran was really unlucky that he stuck in the grass on a bad pitch in Malaga. He will be out quite a long time normally.
"We need to make an assessment around that and how many weeks but he will not be back in the next couple of weeks that's for sure.
"With Dujon, he got a knock and will not feature today but I expect him back at the end of the week."
Clement did have some positive news on Ryan Jack, Borna Barisic and Tom Lawrence who are all in tonight's squad to take on Copenhagen.
He added: "Yes of course it is a boost, but it is always the case that people think they are back and they can play 90 minutes.
"We need to build up in a smart and good way with them. They will play today 25/30 minutes, that is agreed with medical staff and performance staff.
"We look towards this game also in this way. It is not about the end result, of course that stays important we want to win games.
"We want as many players as possible to get their minutes, experience, get their load for this week and they get to play together.
"That is the main thing about this friendly, to show good quality from the 22 players."
