Rangers defender Adam Devine could be in line for a deadline day move away from Ibrox.
The 20-year-old is attracting interest from Premiership clubs.
It's understood that both Kilmarnock and Motherwell are interested in taking the young right-back on loan for the remainder of the season.
Devine can play the full-back position on either side of the pitch, although is predominantly right-footed. The Ibrox club will allow him to leave today.
It was revealed by Derek McInnes yesterday that Killie could be busy on the final day of the winter window after a facial injury sustained by Robbie Deas. The left-sided centre-back suffered a fractured cheekbone in their 2-2 draw against Hibernian, undergoing surgery on Monday.
Corrie Ndaba is also suspended for the Rugby Park side's next two matches, and with Jack Sanders now on loan at Ayr United, Killie have been left short of defensive options.
Motherwell today confirmed that Adam Montgomery had returned to Celtic for his rehabilitation programme after he suffered a serious injury in training.
He made just one appearance for the Steelmen. It's said he will be out for a considerable period of time.
So, Devine could fit the bill with either side looking for defensive reinforcements.

He's played just nine minutes of first-team football for Rangers this season in a League Cup tie against Morton.
It's believed he is keen to gain more exposure on the pitch, but with James Tavernier, Dujon Sterling, Borna Barisic and Ridvan Yilmaz all ahead of him in the pecking order under Philippe Clement, it seems a loan would be the best solution.
He made his breakthrough last season under Michael Beale. He made eight appearances for his boyhood club as he deputised for the club's first picks at full-back who were injured at the time.
