The Ibrox club will go head-to-head with Derek McInnes' fourth-placed side in their second post-split fixture.
Rangers claimed a 2-1 victory over St Mirren last weekend to keep the pressure on Celtic with a three-point gap to the league leaders.
Kilmarnock, meanwhile, played out a goalless draw with Hearts at Rugby Park on Saturday.

In the previous meetings between the clubs, Rangers have won twice with Kilmarnock winning the first encounter back in August.
Kilmarnock claimed a 1-0 win on August 5 with Brad Lyons hitting the winner. Rangers then won 3-1 in January with Ross McCausland, Abdallah Sima and Todd Cantwell amongst the goals.
Rangers would taste victory again - this time at Rugby Park - in February with James Tavernier and Tom Lawrence scoring.
