Philippe Clement issued a no-nonsense address to his Rangers players on the pitch after losing the Scottish Cup final to Celtic.
Broadcast cameras at Hampden captured the moment a frustrated Clement delivered a post-match speech to his distraught players before collecting their runners-up medals.
Standing in the centre of a circle of his players, Clement looked to have firm words with his players over the loss.
The disappointed Rangers squad looked locked in on Clement's address with the manager clearly not satisfied with the outcome at the national stadium.
Rangers fell to a late defeat in the Scottish Cup final as Adam Idah's 89th-minute strike won the day for Celtic.
The Ibrox side had looked to have gone a goal ahead in the second half when Abdallah Sima poked home from a corner.

However, the strike was ruled out after a VAR review with a push on Joe Hart by Nico Raskin picked up by John Beaton in Clydesdale House.
Meanwhile, Clement confirmed ahead of the match that Borna Barisic would leave Rangers in the summer.
The defender is out of contract at the end of the season and is expected to move to Super Lig club Trabzonspor.
Clement left Barisic out of his matchday squad as his departure looms.
He said: "It was tough to make the selection and also to make decisions for this game.
"For example, Ridvan had his first training with the group yesterday and he is in the starting XI because Borna is leaving the club and Robbie Fraser is still young to start an Old Firm like that.
"It was not the ideal preparations this week but I expect from the team to do everything they have in this game."
