The amount Rangers would need to stump up to sign Albion Rrahmani from Rapid Bucharest has been detailed by a transfer insider.
Philippe Clement is keen to bolster several areas of his first-team squad after of the new Scottish Premiership campaign.
The Kosovan has been heavily linked with a move to Ibrox, and the arrival of Celtic hero Neil Lennon as manager has done nothing to quell that.
Now, Romanian agent Cristian Cernodolea, believes Rrahmani will leave Rapid this summer, with the club set to seek £6m for his services.
He's revealed that offers have already been submitted for the 23-year-old.
He told GSP: "Knowing the market and what is happening in the market, I am absolutely convinced that Rrahmani will leave this summer. I know Rapid has offers on the table.
"There are many teams that came to see him, important teams, they had their scouts at matches in Bucharest. I’m sure some of them were impressed, I have information on that.
“If I had to estimate, I would say that at this point I’m almost convinced Rapid has between €5 and €6 million (around £4.5million) on the table for Rrahmani. And I don’t think they will sell him for that amount. The club is aiming for somewhere around €7 to €8 million (around £6million).”

Meanwhile, new Rangers signing Clinton Nsiala could be the second coming of Calvin Bassey at Ibrox.
That's the viewpoint of former player Marco Negri.
The Italian has watched plenty of the young Frenchman arriving from AC Milan later this month.
Nsiala became the third signing by Philippe Clement this summer, with Jefte and Oscar Cortes already over the lines.
Negri admits he'd be surprised to see Nsiala, 20, feature heavily at the beginning for the Scottish Premiership side.
