Philippe Clement last night confirmed Oscar Cortes will not be available for Rangers' match against Dynamo Kyiv due to injury.

The Colombian winger is set for  "four or five" weeks out of action after suffering an injury against Hearts on the opening day of the Scottish Premiership season.

It's a major blow for Clement and his Rangers side, especially with Cortes selected within the Champions League squad and now unable to travel for the qualifier in Lublin, Poland.

Rangers have submitted their finalised squad list for the Champions League third qualifying round with some notable players missing out on a spot.

Unsurprisingly, Todd Cantwell has not been included for Rangers having requested a transfer exit earlier in the summer.

Ianis Hagi is also out of contention with Clement confirming the Romanian playmaker is not part of his plans after returning from a loan at Alaves in La Liga last season.

One omission that may raise a few eyebrows is the new signing Clinton Nsiala not being selected for the squad.

The centre-back joined from AC Milan in the summer but has not been included in the squad while most recent addition Robin Propper has for tonight's match.

Fellow summer signings Liam Kelly, Jefte, Connor Barron, Vaclav Cerny and Hamza Igamane have all been listed in the official squad document on the UEFA website.

Ross McCausland and Zak Lovelace feature on the Rangers' player list B.
