Ben Davies is set to clinch a move to League One outfit Birmingham City and become the latest player to quit Ibrox this summer.
The Englishman has found himself out of favour under boss Philippe Clement and has been deemed surplus to requirements this term. The Rangers Review understands Davies will now put pen-to-paper on a loan deal at St Andrews.

Davies moved to Glasgow from Liverpool in a £4million switch two seasons ago. He has struggled to make a sustained impact, however, and will now look to lead City's promotion bid under boss Chris Davies.
"I don't know," Clement said when asked about the defender on Friday afternoon. "I know things, of course, but I will not go into rumours until things are signed, until things are sure. So I cannot say anything about that now."
Rangers have been linked with a move for Almeria defender Kaiky over the last 24 hours as Clement gears up for the final days of the summer transfer window. The Belgian has until the close of business on Friday to add to a squad that is in urgent need of further reinforcements this summer.
Clement would not be drawn on names or numbers as he spoke ahead of the Premiership fixture with Ross County. He admitted, though, that a centre-back deal could be on the cards.
"If people leave, we need other people in it is clear," Clement said. "Otherwise we're short in that position."
