Rangers have confirmed that defender Ben Davies has joined Birmingham City on loan until the end of the season.
This move marks a new chapter for Davies as he seeks to gain valuable playing time and experience in the competitive environment of English League One.
Rangers expressed their best wishes for Davies, stating: "Everyone at Rangers wishes Ben well for the campaign."
Davies joined the Light Blues from Liverpool two years ago and has went on to make 58 appearances.
The 29-year-old endured a shaky 60 minutes in Rangers colours during the opening Scottish Premiership clash of the new season against Heart of Midlothian and he's been reduced to very minimal game time since.
With Robin Propper's summer arrival from FC Twente plus John Souttar and Leon Balogun appearing to be higher up the defensive pecking order, it was clear Davies wasn't set to feature heavily in Philippe Clement's Rangers plans.
