Glasgow's Subway will remain OPEN for fans of Rangers and Heart of Midlothian following Sunday evening's Scottish Premiership fixture at Ibrox.

The teams will meet in Govan on Sunday evening. The game is scheduled to kick off at 5pm in Glasgow.

Of course, the Subway usually operates a more condensed service on a Sunday, open between the hours of 10am and 6.12pm, as opposed to the Monday to Saturday service of 6.30am to 10.40pm.

This had the potential to cause travel chaos for supporters post-match, with the game due to finish around 7pm that evening.

However, an update has now confirmed that following discussions between Rangers and the underground's operator, SPT, the Subway will remain open on Sunday, November 10 until 8pm.

The club's SLO wrote on X: "Following positive dialogue between the club and SPT, we’re pleased to inform supporters that the Subway opening times will be extended on Sunday, 10th November after our fixture against Hearts.

"Last trains will depart Ibrox around 8pm."
