Former Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst has reportedly been sacked.
It's claimed the ex-Ibrox boss has been relieved of his duties by Besiktas chiefs.
Dutch manager Van Bronckhorst, 29, joined the Turkish club in June on a two-year deal with the option of a third season in the Super Lig.
However, according to Fanatik, Van Bronckhorst has now been sacked by Besiktas. The outlet claims Van Bronckhorst will leave the club after a board meeting on Friday.
It's thought discussions over finalising his termination are ongoing. The decision comes just one day after the Europa League loss to Maccabi Tel-Aviv.
Besiktas sit sixth in the Super Lig table and 22nd in the Europa League league phase standings.
While Van Bronckhorst is expected to leave Besiktas, the only statement released by the club on Friday came to confirm a shock boardroom exit.
Club chairman Hasan Arat has left the club with the vice-chairman assuming his duties until further notice.
