Ibrox shareholders Club 1872 will vote against reappointing Douglas Park as a director of Rangers at the club's AGM tomorrow.
Over the past week, contributors voted on the eight resolutions that are set to be discussed at the annual general meeting.
The major result of the voting process is that the Gers shareholders will vote against the reappointment of current chairman Park as a director.
The 64 per cent against vote is the lowest poll any director has received since the current Ibrox regime change.
A Club 1872 statement added: "All the shares held by Club 1872 Shares CIC and Club 1872 Projects CIC will now be voted in accordance with Contributors’ wishes. Club 1872 will vote against Resolutions 2, 7 and 8 and for all other Resolutions.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our Contributors for their ongoing support."
Former chairman Dave King will also vote against after penning an open letter expressing his concerns about the Ibrox board earlier this year.
He said: “I have been closely following the Club’s activities on and off the pitch and as a supporter (and still largest shareholder) I have become increasingly alarmed about what I am witnessing.
“Being a director of Rangers is a privilege that comes with an individual and collective responsibility that appears to have been absent from decision making for some time now.
“There is a shroud of secrecy around what is happening within the Club and the lack of meaningful engagement with supporters and shareholders, who are entitled to a greater degree of respect, is completely unacceptable.
“The Club is being run like a private concern with supporters being increasingly treated as customers rather than people who give their hearts, souls and hard-earned money to Rangers.
“Rangers fans know only too well the pain and suffering that can come from a lack of scrutiny over those entrusted to protect our Club.
“This is why I am forced to speak out at this time by sending an open letter to the Board and by asking for future transparency, honesty and respect for all supporters and shareholders.”
