Ben Davies and Rabbi Matondo have both been called into Rangers' squad for their Champions League qualifier against PSV.
The Gers pair take the places of Ridvan Yilmaz and Ianis Hagi.
Michael Beale's men face the Eredivisie outfit at Ibrox tomorrow evening in the first leg of the play-off, with the return leg scheduled for next Wednesday in Eindhoven. The overall winner of the tie will take their place in the Champions League group stages.
Rangers' initial squad for the upcoming European double-header was named last week after their 3-2 aggregate victory over Servette.
Kemar Roofe, Tom Lawrence and Davies were all omitted from the squad list at that time, with Yilmaz and Hagi included.
However, on the eve of the first leg, the latter duo have been taken out of the squad, with Davies and Matondo confirmed as their replacements, as per UEFA's website.

It comes just two days after Hagi admitted his disappointment over his current predicament at Ibrox.
After coming off the bench against Morton on Saturday, the Romanian said: "Look, I think every football player wants to play. I am obviously disappointed about the situation that I am [in]. But I respect the gaffers’ decisions.
"That doesn’t mean that I agree with them, but I respect them. He is the football manager of this football club. You know, I am a simple guy and I just love football.
"I train 100 per cent on a daily basis, I have come back from a one year injury. They know who I am, they know my history at this football club and what I did. You know, I just want to play football.
"I am in no position to prove to anyone anything. They know who I am as a player, they know what I did here when I have played football games. I have won, at this football club, individual trophies and collective trophies.
"For me, as I said, I am a simple guy. I just love to play football. That is what I did since I started walking as a kid."
