Rangers midfielder John Lundstram has maintained that the Ibrox squad is "fully behind" Michael Beale after a tough start to the season.
The Light Blues were knocked out of the Champions League by PSV Eindhoven and also lost at home to Celtic before the international break which has left the Gers boss under pressure.
And the 29-year-old has admitted he understands the frustration from the fans.
He told Sky Sports: "Of course you understand that frustration. It's an Old Firm defeat, we've got that frustration as well.
"But we've just got to stick together and try and put a run of games together now to try and recoup those points that we lost.
"There's a long, long way to go so I wouldn't panic too much, but this weekend it's about getting three points back on the board."
The Englishman was also asked whether Rangers fans had "made their minds up" on Beale.

And Lundstram responded in defiant fashion. "That's not for me to say," he continued. "All I can say is that we're fully behind the manager and we're right there doing what we can to get the points back on the board.
"Of course it hurt us, it really did hurt us that defeat to our rivals. It's good to get back at it this weekend and go again.
"The long break was a tough one, you want to have a Tuesday game after that defeat to Celtic and try to go again. The long break made it a little bit more difficult for everyone to think about it that little bit more.
"But we go again now and all you can do as a player is work your hardest day in day out. It's on us as well, the performances, it's obviously not just the manager.
"We're all in it together and going forward we've got to stick together and put the performances in."
