Jose Cifuentes has completed his exit from Rangers.
The Ecuadorian midfielder has joined Brazilian side Cruzeiro.
The deal is an initial loan move until the end of the season, with an option to buy agreed between the clubs for the summer.
The 24-year-old only arrived in Glasgow from LAFC in the summer under Michael Beale.
However, it's believed the midfielder will be allowed to depart the club just six months on by new manager Philippe Clement. He made just 20 appearances in a Light Blues shirt since signing his four-year deal.
A Rangers statement confirmed: "RangersFC can today confirm that Jose Cifuentes has joined Cruzeiro on loan with an option to buy, subject to international clearance.
"The midfielder has joined the Brazilian Serie A side for a 12-month period.
"Everyone at Rangers wishes Jose all the best for his loan."
