Giovanni van Bronckhorst could raid former club Rangers to sign Ridvan Yilmaz for Besiktas, according to a report.
The Dutchman was named manager at the Super Lig club earlier this month and transfer plans have already been drawn up.
Among the possible targets is Ridvan, who Van Bronckhorst signed for Rangers from Besiktas.
Turkiye Gazetesi report Besiktas will move for the full-back if Arthur Masuaku leaves the club during the summer window.
The newspaper claims Nantes are interested in the former West Ham defender and ready to step up their interest to better their previous €2m bid.
A transfer exit for Masuaku is now considered "certain" meaning Van Bronckhorst could make a push to sign Ridvan from Rangers.
It's thought the Dutch manager has given approval to seek a deal with Rangers for the left-back should Masuaku's transfer exit be finalised in the coming days.

The transfer speculation over Ridvan's future comes despite the player previously ruling out a departure as he pledged his future to Rangers.
He said: "I am very happy at Rangers right now and there is no thought about any future transfer for me.
"I am enjoying my break with my family here and I will return to Scotland in time for the pre-season training camp soon."
And it's thought Rangers chiefs are keen to keep hold of the defender with no plans to enter the new season without him still at Ibrox.
While the player remains settled at Ibrox and there is no active attempts to sell the defender, there remains the reality that every player has a price but it would take an offer too good to turn down for Ridvan to leave this summer.
Reports in Turkiye claim any fee received for Masuaku's departure could be funnelled into the pot to sign Ridvan.
