Captain James Tavernier returns to the starting line-up after beginning Thursday's Europa League fixture on the bench.
Tavernier is one of two changes, with Robin Propper and Dujon Sterling dropping out.
Jack Butland starts in goals for Rangers, protected by a defensive line consisting of James Tavernier, John Souttar, Leon Balogun, and Jefte.
In the midfield and forward positions, Clement maintains the same six players from last time out, featuring Nicolas Raskin, Connor Barron, and Mohamed Diomande in the central area.
Cyriel Dessers takes the lead in attack, backed by Vaclav Cerny and Nedim Bajrami.
