Rangers dominated throughout as they put Dundee to the sword in a 3-0 win at Dens Park.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men won comfortably through goals from Connor Goldson, James Tavernier and substitute Fashion Sakala.
Here are the three big talking points from the match.
Tavernier continues brilliant form
The captain has long been one of Scotland's best players but even by his own high standards, he's having a very good time of late. He both won and converted a first-half penalty to get on the scoresheet for the second time in a week. There was some dubiety about the referee's decision in the moment but alternative angles showed there was more than enough contact for the Englishman to go down. The spot-kick was converted high into the net with aplomb for his 12th of the season. Remarkably, that was his 27th goal contribution of the season. At 30, the full-back shows no signs of slowing down and continues to be a performance leader that sets the tone for his teammates.
Aaron Ramsey impresses
While there have been question marks about his fitness, there has been no doubting his class and the former Arsenal man showed plenty of tantalising flashes during his 77 minutes on the pitch. The Welshman will be delighted to get through the game without incident and he certainly looked the part, even on a rutted, patchy pitch. His link-up play with James Tavernier on the right-hand side seemed almost telepathic at times and he was constantly drifting into dangerous areas. He will surely now see more game time in the weeks ahead given his obvious quality. Ramsey was brought in to make the difference in the title race. If he can remain fit, there's still time.
Kent hobbles off
The English winger was on the end of a tough one from defender Ryan Sweeney as they challenged for a rebound in front of goal. Kemar Roofe's snapshot had bounced to Kent as Amad Diallo was waiting in the dugout to replace him. Sweeney was lucky not to give away a penalty as he caught Kent high on the leg. The wideman looked to be in a bit of discomfort as he struggled from the pitch. Rangers will hope it's an impact injury rather than anything more serious given the challenges ahead both home in domestic competition and away in Europe.
